Lead Technology Bar Engineer (DV Cleared)
Duration: 6 Months
Location: London
Rate: £400 per day
IR35 Status: Outside

Role Overview:
We require a Lead Technology Bar Engineer (DV Cleared) for our Government Client to be part of a service team supporting a specific programme of work for a new IT platform.
This new platform encompasses new laptops, desktops, iPhones and iPads and will bring the whole organisation on to one IT platform enabling effective collaboration.
As the Lead Technology Bar Engineer (DV Cleared); you will lead the team who provide customer facing support for end user devices at a customer facing tech bar at the Clients offices in London.
You will provide hands-on 2nd Line Support for Windows 10 devices, Apple iPhones including iPads and printing.
Duties and Skills include:
To lead the team dealing directly with customers at a Tech Bar in London
The team will be expected to resolve technical issues but also assist with those ‘how do I? queries.
Hardware: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Apple smartphones and iPads.
Technologies: Windows 10, iOS, Azure AD, InTune and M365 application suite.
Also need to possess good customer facing skills, enjoys working as part of a team, possess good problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and assist those ‘how do I?’ queries.
You will lead the Tech Bar Team at the Client site in London
- Be a Technology specialist providing support services
- As a subject matter expert providing knowledge and advice related to specific technological products or issues.
- Responsible for developing and administering training programs, and for creating help guides and other tech-related materials
Please note this role requires you to be onsite full time in London (Mon-Fri); no remote working.
