Recruitment Consultant 360 (Contract & Permanent)
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid 3 days in office PW
Salary: £28,000 - £45,000, plus excellent commission structure, based on experience
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role: We are looking for an experienced, proactive and driven 360 IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from uncovering jobs engaging with clients to sourcing and interviewing candidates to liaising with clients and placing the best talent in both Contract and Permanent roles.
Responsibilities:

Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and suitability for roles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

Manage the recruitment process from candidate submission to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.

Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in business development

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
