Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join the IT Services team to
provide support to the Corporate Processes & Systems (CPS) programme. You will have
extensive ERP Implementation skills.

You will play a key role in leading the planning to define and deliver strategic enterprise
direction and future state architectures for the programme.
As an Enterprise Architect you will help realise the benefits of these investments by taking
a lead role in the technology workstream and work collaboratively with the programme
team, business representatives, end-users, technical teams within IT and the wider architecture roadmaps that align with the programme vision and strategy.

Skills & Experience
Developing IT strategy and architecture roadmaps, at the enterprise level, coordinating current demand for change alongside strategic delivery;
Extensive ERP Implementation skills and / or experience
Acting as a technical authority for selected service, platform, data and design issues;
Working with project sponsors on the development of business and technology roadmaps, developing the high-level view of the "As-Is" and "To-Be" enterprise architecture, Business and IT Roadmaps, and supporting Business Case development;
Playing a key role in multi-disciplinary groups to shape the business strategy, using your expertise and knowledge to influence key stakeholders and ensure, process, data and system solutions drive the desired outcomes;
Taking responsibility for developing the enterprise strategy and architecture, blueprint to deliver the Universities strategic aims;
Setting an exemplary standard in relationship management by providing a strategic interface between stakeholders and technical specialists, advising, and influencing project sponsors and senior managers on how best to utilise architecture to achieve desired outcomes;
Supporting the creation and development of an architecture community,providing leadership across the organisation and embedding enterprise and solution architecture.

Demonstrable experience in defining flexible and scalable architecture, and an understanding of wider architectural issues including experience in at least
two of the following:
Application Architecture; Data / Information Architecture; Enterprise Architecture techniques and frameworks.
Specific knowledge across one or more of the following:
Enterprise Application Integration; Enterprise Data Integration; Enterprise Integration Platforms; Data Warehousing; Service-Orientated Architecture; Business Process Modelling; Data Modelling.
TOGAF or BCS Architect certification.
