Solution

  • Deployed an on-premises AI-assisted classification solution in partnership
    with Castlepoint Systems to detect, tag, and categorise SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive data.
  • Defined rule-sets and natural language processing identified sensitive
    and PII data, entirely within Defence security perimeters.
  • Certes managed design through deployment, configuration, and testing,
    meeting client’s operational and governance needs.
  • Knowledge transfer enabled internal teams to run automated labelling, monitor risks, and generate compliance metrics independently.

Outcome

  • Strengthened the clients’s ability to manage and protect sensitive data.
  • Automated labelling and tagging reduced misclassification risks, while personnel retained final validation.
  • By replacing manual processes, specialists for higher-value tasks and accelerated FOI, PQ, and litigation responses.
