Project Management as a Service (PMaaS)

PMaaS or Project Management as a Service is one of the specialist technical teams under CaaS (Capability as a Service) where project managers are assigned to your project.

Project Management is critical to keep your projects on track.  It’s a specialist skill, focused on providing assurance, governance and strategy compliance to even the most complex of projects.  Certes provides Programme and Project Management services that are designed to deliver agile, scalable, flexible outcomes through high-calibre and on-demand resources as teams or unique skillsets.
