The Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 (DOS-5) framework is designed to help the public sector buy, design, build and deliver agile digital solutions and services with approved businesses.  There are in excess of 3,000 suppliers and the framework provides access to a variety of specialist digital services for government and other public sector organisations.

The framework supports clients to define and procure a specific outcome, such as a system, specification or access specialist support.
