We use several methodologies to source candidates. We provide a very comprehensive candidate acquisition and screening process to all our clients, which include extensive technical testing and competency-based screening. Our streamlined, finely tuned, fast and efficient service called Precision Resource Management (PRM). The methodology has been designed order to deliver a measurable, structured, and robust service to the client, which exceeds all expectations. Certes uses this to source and bring on board the right people for your organisation.

Once we understand the criteria and then have a selection of candidates to consider, then the screening commences. Screening of potential candidates starts from the first time we read their CV and continues through several layers.

First, suitable candidates are initially screened over the telephone to assess their ability to work in the role, their willingness to work in the location required, their availability and their cultural fit to your needs.

Following the telephone screening, a full competency-based interview will take place with a Senior Account Manager. This is extremely important in ensuring that candidates meet your criteria.

It is important to us that we have the right person for the role and role is right for the person. Today’s talent could be tomorrow’s employer, so the relationship is important from the start. Our relationships are built on trust, mutual respect, results, and a vigorous commitment to the highest recruitment service standards.
