Contingency Search

It all starts with the brief.  Our team of experienced Certes professionals will start by spending time understanding your requirements, before undertaking a focused search across our candidate database.  We will also deploy a range of attraction strategies to create both a long and short list of potential candidates.

This agile, flexible approach is fast-paced and designed to deliver quick results.  It’s well suited to cover a range of skills areas and job descriptions and often adopted when multiple agencies may be working on a single requirement.  There are no up-front client costs with a fee only charged upon successful placement of a candidate.

Exclusive Search

With exclusive search, requirements are placed exclusively with Certes, who provide a dedicated account manager to support the search activity.  Looking at both active and passive candidates, your account manager will deploy a range of attraction strategies, including looking at the Certes candidate database and utilising our Premium LinkedIn Recruiter status.  As part of this tailored service, you’ll receive weekly progress updates to ensure you know what’s happening at every stage of your executive search process.

This approach is designed to create a partnership-style relationship, allowing Certes to understand more about your organisation’s future ambitions and strategic plans to support more focused, better quality hires.  There are no up-front client costs with a fee only charged upon successful placement of a candidate.

Retained Search

Our most premium search service, Certes Retained Search is a service-based agreement delivering practical recruitment support alongside executive search capability, supported by a dedicated Account Manager.  This kind of search enables Certes to carry out highly-targeted search activity across the marketplace, engaging potential clients across a range of channels.  You’ll benefit from regular status updates, in-depth candidate qualification and screening to compile the shortlist.  Additionally, Certes provide access to our offices for interviews, market data and benchmarking.

As part of the exclusive Retained Search offering, Certes aim to deliver a shortlist of three or more candidates to the client ahead of them being presented to any other client within the Certes portfolio.  We also offer to replace a candidate free of charge if for any reason they do not work out successfully within the first three months.
