Many organisations currently use traditional recruitment methods to access high calibre IT Professionals, however as the velocity of projects has increased and other options in the market are costly, plus you are not always in control. IT Agility Ability™ bridges that gap which is both cost efficient and IR35 compliant.

IT Agility Ability™ is a service designed by Certes to offer a flexible service for IT project Delivery that assigns, controls, and manages your project resources (time, money, and people). IT Agility Ability™ provides unrivalled flexibility and is as agile as your project delivery requirements may be.

Drawing on our expertise in IT development, recruitment, and software, we can offer a blended solution that offers a range of benefits to your organisation.

At Certes, we offer two solutions under IT Agility Ability™. Organisations can opt for the Complete agility ability™ Team (CaaT) which is the equivalent of a full Agile Team deployed for a specific IT project you have in mind. An alternative solution through Capability as a Service (CaaS) may be preferred. CaaS is as the name suggests where a team of IT professionals by specific expertise e.g., PMaaS which is Project Management as a Service, or ARaaS which is Architecture as a Service is used to deliver the project or fill in a gap within your current capability.

With IT Agility Ability™, Certes will provide high-quality IT professionals to mobilise your projects quickly and efficiently though our dedicated Service Delivery Manager (SDM) assigned to the project and ensures consistent project control and that deliverables are met.

Whichever solution you opt for, both teams are tasked to deliver the project through sub projects, and tasks to an assigned ad agreed budget and timescale before the project commences. In both cases, Certes will have full responsibility for managing the team to meet the outputs. Your organisation maintains control by directing procedures through your assigned Certes Service Delivery Manager (SDM) regularly.

The benefit for your organisation is that it can concentrate on project deliverables while the team completely focusses on the assigned project itself with the SDM keeping things under control and dealing with any problems, issues and challenges that arise and mitigate any risk to the project. You simply decide which option works for you and Certes will ensure the right type of IT expertise is appointed to your project.
