Essential:

 

Knowledge of installing testing and maintaining PC hardware systems. (upgrading RAM, HDDS, Graphics cards) in a way that ensures they operate within their planned specification and are safe to use by those authorised to work with them.

 

Familiarity with everyday software (Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Office as well as Mac OS) 

 

Able to perform heavy lifting

 

Good customer service

 

Be able to follow Health & Safety guidlines

 

Desirable:

 

Experience with imaging and deployment of PC’s and laptops

 

Valid UK drivers licence

 

Familiarity with GDPR regulations
