The Senior Project Manager is a vital role, working with multiple stakeholders across Royce to deliver effective and professional project management for a wide range of strategically important projects and programmes, including the Royce Industrial Collaboration Programme and longer-term, multi-£m research projects. The role-holder is responsible for developing and leading the team, and for contributing to the effective design, set-up, planning and delivery of new initiatives, working closely with members of the Research and Business Engagement Team, the wider Royce Hub team, and colleagues across the Royce Partners.Experience of working in an interdisciplinary research environment with a proven track record of working on complex research projects with multiple partners is essential. You will have significant experience of budget management and project reporting. You will be comfortable dealing with multiple projects and tasks at the same time, and able to work to meet demanding and competing deadlines. You will have excellent communication, organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, and a flexible and proactive approach.
